This flat is a turnkey project, realised as part of yet another Laskasas Kontract partnership,
filled with elegant and modern decoration.

This is what the Laskasas team sought to achieve with this personalised decoration, with custom-made pieces and some of the classic Laskasas designs.

A cosy, modern space
Creating dimension and lightness in a small city flat is essential. Here the focus was on neutral colours, mainly white and grey, which play perfectly between brightening
up the decor and highlighting the contemporary design choice, as we can see in this open-plan dining room, kitchen and living room.

Compact dining room
This dining room has all the essentials. An oval table that makes the most of the space, 4 comfortable chairs that open up to receive guests or a small family,
a flower pot with a plant to add life to the decor and a marble wall mirror, reflecting the sophistication and increasing the size of the room.

Making the most of the bedroom
The bed is a combination of a sommier and a headboard fixed to the wall. This option makes it possible to maximise the size of the room, as the headboard doesn’t take away from the space but maintains its elegance. Under the same philosophy, and following the trend for bedside tables of different designs, a small side table provides both sides of the bed with much-needed support for resting accessories before a good night’s sleep.
